These rules govern your access to and use of the Enprice platform. By using the service, you accept these conditions in full.
Enprice provides a software-as-a-service platform for industrial supply chain analytics, CapEx auditing, and predictive replenishment. The specific modules and features available to you are defined in your subscription plan and order confirmation.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensure that all users under your account comply with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload and for using the platform in accordance with applicable laws.
All software, dashboards, algorithms, and documentation provided by Enprice remain our exclusive property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during the term of your subscription. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service.
Enprice is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, production downtime, or procurement errors. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend access immediately if you breach these terms or if your use poses a security risk. Upon termination, your data will be exported within 15 business days upon request, after which it will be securely deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
